Peter Farenden is the principal consultant and owner of Tanlan Training. Peter is a IT Service Management and Business Analysis Consultant Trainer and has delivered training in an enthusiastic, interactive and innovative manner for more than 10 years. Peter has over 30 years experience in IT and engineering. This includes practical experience of implementing and managing all Service Management disciplines gained through the delivery and support of many IT services. |

Originally from an engineering background Peter has applied his skills across many disciplines culminating in joining the training and consultancy profession in 2001. Peter has now trained and assisted thousands of representatives from hundreds of companies develop their skills and IT processes. As an IT practitioner Peter established and managed IT departments as well as the processes to deliver and support IT services. This includes practical experience of implementing and managing all Service Management disciplines gained through the delivery and support of many IT services. Peter has analysed, specified and implemented many IT systems from their inception to implementation. Peter is an ITIL® examiner for both the APM Group and the BCS. |
